The Buccaneers (4-16, 2-9) enjoyed their best day of the season on Saturday afternoon at Cal Poly Pomona sweeping the Lancaster Rounders (2-3-1) with a 1-0 victory.
Nathaniel Acosta (2-2) shut down Lancaster for 5.1 innings and Eric Trask slammed the door shut in 1.2 innings and notched the save.
The only run was scored in the fifth inning on an RBI base hit by Tanner Thibodeau scoring Bryce Brooks.
