Bucs make it two in a row against Bulldogs

Riverside Bulldogs couldn’t keep up with Inland Valley Bucs and fell 9-2 on Saturday as the Bucs make it two in a row against the Bulldogs. With the win the Bucs moved to 5-6 in league while to Bulldogs moved to 2-12.

After falling behind 1-0, the Bucs exploded for 7 runs in the fourth inning. The Bucs would bring eleven batters to the plate that inning while getting 5 hits. Two of those hits would go to Aaron McCann as he also had two RBIs this inning. Overall,  McCann wouldo lead his team with four hits and three RBIs. Jordan Hernandez would also contribute 3 RBIs while collecting two hits.

The Bucs pitching staff would hold the Bulldogs to two runs on only four hits. Sean Patton would get the win while going four innings while giving up one run and striking out 6. Three Bucs pitchers would then combine to go the next five innings and would only give up one run on one hit.
