Former Inland Valley Buccaneers player, Anthony Walters, was drafted in the third round (91st overall) of the 2020 MLB draft by the New York Mets. Walters was drafted out of San Diego State after also playing at Cal and Mt. Sac. During the summer of 2017, Walters played SS for the Bucs and played in 24 games.
